【摘 要】 目的 探讨不良固定义齿修复失败原因。

方法 回顾分析3年来诊治院外80 例不良固定义齿修复的患者。

结果 在固定义齿修复过程中，设计不合理， 违反操作规程盲 目制作修复体是不良固定义齿修复失败原因。

结论 正确选择和掌握好适应 症是关系到修复成败的关键。

不良修复体是指在修复过程中，不按科学方法，违反操作规程盲目制作的修复体 。

本文旨在探讨不良固定义齿的原因，以提高固定义齿修复的成功率，达到美观、舒适和咀 嚼功能良好等效果。

1 临床资料本科2000年3月～2002年11月共诊治了院外80例不良固定义齿修复的患者，其中男性34例， 女性46例，年龄20～70岁，平均年龄43±16岁，以45～60居多。

2 结果不良固定义齿修复失败原因多见于龋病、牙髓炎、根尖炎（28.75%）和义齿破损（20%），8 0例不良固定义齿修复失败原因、例数和构成比见表。
